Guided Online Course students are able to contact our Start ASL instructor with any questions that they have. 


If you are a Guided Online Course student, to contact your instructor:

  1. Login to the current platform (https://login.startasl.com) 
  2. Visit your course
  3. Open the "Contact Your Instructor" page in the "For Guided Students Only" section.

Legacy Online Course Students (signed up prior to April 2026)

  1. Login to the legacy platform (https://login.startasl.com) 
  2. Visit your course
  3. Open the "How to Contact Your Instructor" page in the Introduction Unit.
