If you follow the prompts, a password reset email will be sent to you. If you do not receive the password reset email, please open a support ticket so we can help you get it figured out.
Also keep in mind that any user accounts that have had no activity for a period of one year are subject to deletion without notice. This helps keep our servers running smoothly for our active students.
